This was our second purchase through Honda of Concord. We were happy with the first, and were pleasantly surprised that it could get even BETTER! My husband was able to negotiate the entire deal over the phone, David emailed us the details to ensure there were no surprised when we arrived. In less than an hour we signed all the paperwork, Stacy went through all the features of the car explaining each one in detail (navigation, blue tooth etc) and then we were on our way home with a FULL tank of gas. They even went to Fayetteville (3 hours away) to get me the color I wanted! Definitely recommend Honda of Concord...we will not look anywhere else in the future. Save yourself aggravation and wasted time playing "car dealer games" just start off at Honda of Concord!
