Tom was by far the best dealer I ever worked with. Not only was he friendly but personable and understanding. He laughed at our jokes and had some of his own. He understood what I needed but took it to another level. He didn't let me leave feeling like I shouldn't have purchased a new car I left feeling totally confident in my purchase! He was great, honest and I would continue to work with him once my lease is up. 5 stars for Tom.
