Dealer Review: A Letter to our General Manager

Gentlemen:

It is my pleasure to commend you and your staff at Honda of Concord for your outstanding dealership.

We started our search for a new Honda CRV in our home state of Florida.  After contacting seven dealerships in our area, we could not find the car we wanted at a reasonable price. 

My wife remembered that we had our car serviced at your dealership when we were at the nascar races at Lowes Motor Speedway, and we remembered how nicely we were treated.  So she suggested we give you a call.

When we called we talked to a salesman (Chris Scotti).  We described the vehicle that we wanted and he called us back and said they would have one on February 7.  He gave us the price of the car and the price he would give us for our 2008 Honda CRV. 

On February 7, Chris called and said our car had arrived and it would take a couple of days to install the options that we had requested.  He called a couple of days later and said the car was ready.  So we made the 9 hour trip to Concord, arriving at 3 P.M.

We were expecting a lot of hassel about price and add ons, extra fees like you would expect at most dealerships.  But to our surprise, everyone was so nice, no mention of money, although everyone was busy with other customers, we were treated with respect.

They brought the car out and it had been freshly washed and the tank filled with fuel.  Chris went over the new equipment and explained everything.  After that, we talked to Brian Emmerich who was to complete the paperwork, which took about thirty minutes. 

We are so happy with our new Honda CRV.  We are getting 30 mpg and it is so much fun to drive.

Chris has called us several times since the purchase to see if we had any questions or any problems.  We certainly enjoyed dealing with your staff, and it has made buying a car a pleasure.
