Often times we patronize a company and just based upon the Golden Rule of customer service, we expect above and beyond service. But what happens when we get great service? Do you just walk away and consider it an ended transaction or do you go above and beyond as a customer? We often have the belief that you are to be treated exceptionally well because you are a customer and that is your right. And you are correct in this belief, because it is you that keeps that business going, however, what about the general Golden Rule? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you? Does this not apply? Moreover, we forget that many people learn by feedback, they need to know what they did right or inevitably what they may have done wrong.
